CarMax Business Office Associate interview questions

Very lengthy interviews, a lot of questions with hypotheticals. Asked a lot of questions about how you resolve conflicts, work in teams, strengths, weaknesses, etc. Also went deep into my background jobs and past experiences.

Pretty standard interview. Ask behavioral questions, like tell me about a time when you had to have a difficult conversation with a coworker. Everyone was very nice. Had 2 interviews.
