Capital One interview questions

3 rounds of interview. Round 1 was with hiring manager, tested a "mini case" Round 2 is the Power Day (Panel interview). 3 separate interviews over the course of 4 hours where they test you on typical business case (consulting style) interviews. Round 3 is with VP Interview process itself was fine and super standard. Leaving negative review because they just ended up wasting my time after going through all of these rounds. Seems like there was a lack of communication on their end and I didn't have the background they required, even though I explicitly mentioned from the start that I did NOT have that background. They proceeded anyway, and at the very last interview with the VP I get asked about my experience in that field (which I had stated multiple times at this point that I didn't have). Seems like the hiring manager shouldn't have proceeded in interviewing me because the VP seemed genuinely confused as to how I had gotten to the final interview.
