Overall Experience: Very Positive My interview experience with Capgemini was excellent. The recruitment process was well structured and transparent. The HR team was very responsive and provided timely updates throughout the process. The interview panel was professional and friendly. The technical discussion focused on relevant skills and problem-solving ability. The HR round clearly explained the role, company policies, and joining process. Question 1
They asked questions related to my technical skills, mainly focusing on Python libraries, SQL concepts, and a detailed explanation of my academic/project work.
The hiring process was conducted on campus and started with a communication round, followed by a technical round, a coding round, and a gaming/aptitude round. After clearing these rounds, there was a technical interview focusing on skills, projects, and overall suitability for the role.

They asked me to introduce myself and explain my projects in detail. I was also asked DSA questions on arrays and two pointers, to speak on a topic for two minutes, and answer questions related to AI and Generative AI.
It was a walk-in interview. There were 3 rounds. 1 coding. 1 technical discussion and 1 managerial discussion. Question were based mostly on skillset. Java, Microservices, SQL, etc. Not sure what else to say. It was good. Medium difficulty
