Written test followed by technical+ HR interview. written test is purely based on Quantative aptitude, english(verbal) and analytical. Once shortlisted in written test, they will call for interview (technical) where basic knowledge on C will be tested, and then followed by HR interview if shortlisted in technical round.

I was pretty impressed by this move of the company. Because it reflected that they focused on the technical knowledge of the candidate rather than the aptitude skills.
