Capgemini visited our campus in September 2025 and conducted a four-stage recruitment process:
1. English & Communication Assessment
The first round evaluated candidates’ English proficiency and communication skills.
2. Assessment Round (Three Sub-Rounds)
a) Technical MCQ Test
This sub-round consisted of multiple-choice questions covering:
IT Fundamentals (Cloud Computing, Networking)
SQL Queries
Basic pseudocode and technical concepts
b) Logical Ability Round
This round involved interactive games designed to assess logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and mental ability.
c) Coding Round
Candidates were required to solve two coding problems, testing programming logic and implementation skills.
3. Technical Interview
The final round was a virtual technical interview conducted on Superset, where candidates were evaluated on their technical knowledge, problem-solving approach, and overall suitability for the role.
