Interview
This was a Campus recruitment process. Where in a day the whole process was conducted.
The process includes an online assessment that was held on campus. Round 1: The online assessment contains pseudocode and technical part and once you clear this round then only you move to round 2.
Round 2: This round was an essay writing round, in which you had to write about 220 words on a random topic. It was also an elimination round.
Round 3: This round is the Gamification aptitude(this is the new round that is being included in the hiring process). this round conducted the assessment process.
Round 4: This was a Coding round only shortlisted students moved to this round. I was not shortlisted for this round. but in this round 2 coding questions were asked mainly from Arrays and Strings.
Round 5: (Non-Elimination Round) This round was a mandatory communication round. I was shortlisted for this round. (Shortlisting is based on the level you reached in the gamification round and coding shortlisted students).
Round 6: (Final Interview) My name was shortlisted for the interview process. then after waiting for around 2 hours on their portal interviewer came and asked basic questions. and basic technical questions.
