HR is fast and concise, does a thorough screening to ask about the candidates goals, and why they apply for the role. 3 rounds of interview - Hiring Manager - Country Manager - Client Hiring manager is friendly, gave a good overview of the role & the company and the team culture. Country manager is very condescending, doesn't accept an answer if its not aligned to what they're looking for. Questioned my skillset & experience, saying its not valid. Didn't give the opportunity to ask any question. Overall recruitment process - 8/10
