One screening interview with a recruiter, then one interview with HR (mostly CV related and competence based), then a case study interview (a fairly simple one with a generic briefing on how would you go about gathering requirements for a project you’re hypothetically working on).
In terms of the actual experience, I’ve got very mixed feelings. Screening interview was okay, but the second interview I had with HR - this person was genuinely the rudest person I’ve ever interviewed with. He was yawning half of the time and was even listening to most time as well. The interviewer I had for the case study was really nice, but the first interviewer had already spoiled the whole experience by then. Also in regards to them letting me know their decision - I was told they’ll get back to me within two days. It actually took them over 2 weeks and that was only after I chased it up multiple times through my recruiter.

Our aim is always to create a first-class candidate experience and it seems on this occasion that this did not happen. We take all feedback seriously and have shared your comments with our Recruitment team to ensure that the process is improved for other candidates. We apologize for your experience and hope you may choose to apply to Capco again in the future.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Capco in Nov 2021
Interview
I was scheduled for 3 rounds of interviews.
L1: Initial round. Basic questions related to BA process and SQL queries, API
L2: More of managerial discussion and BA process overview and API structuring related questions.
Till here everything went well, L1 and L2 got completed within a week, so I was very happy. Then came my client round L3 which was to be scheduled in the next week, But that next week came only after 2 months. By the time I had lost all the interest in the job. :-(

5. Agile process and team structure overview
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capco (Pune) in Jan 2022
Interview
Wasted my time for the 2nd time
Two rounds - One basic intro and another with VP who is probably not sure what he is looking for
Only scenario based questions like 1) Managing stakeholders ,challenges faced and mostly gave me overview of the project
Next week I received a call from HR saying I am selected and she will get back with the further process. Two weeks later I called HR to check the update and yet again they put the role on hold.
Capco did the same thing 6 months ago. Its such a shame that they waste candidates time when they are not sure about hiring
