Capco Associate Consultant interview questions

The recruitment process includes online assessment followed by virtual assessment day, if selected. Virtual assessment was scheduled for 3 hours comprising of introduction of candidates, 3 20min individual interviews and an hour group case study interview. It was a pleasant experience however 3 personality based interviews seemed redundant, albeit I understand the intention which is to look for consistency and authenticity of the answers from candidates, I believe it could be refined with more precise questions.
