The process is pretty standard. Online testing, interviews, and an assessment center. The experience was alright, lukewarm. The company does mainly implementation work and its not the most engaging work. The focus on FS does create interesting opportunities. There is a group presentation that has to be created within an hour. It helps if you come prepped with a CAPCO branded slide deck, ready to go. Do not take an overwhelmingly dominant position over anybody but make sure you get your points through. Very quick fire interviews occur during the process. Can never quite get to the meat of any question (unless only 2 or 3 questions with sufficient depth are asked) Feedback takes a long time and I have not gotten it and will not get it. The start dates and timelines for replies were pushed back. I mentioned that I had a competing offer that was a lot higher than the offer they could give, and that likely caused the rejection.
