Interview
The process lasted 5 rounds in total. One phone screen followed by three behavioral interviews. The last round consists of a relatively straightforward case study to be presented to the team's Partner.

Interview
Overall, the interview process was challenging and enjoyable. The first stage was application submission, followed by a video questionnaire, then a case study and virtual interview, and then finally an in-person interview at the respective office.
The case study was a particular highlight as this provided a taste of what you would be doing in the role. You would create a presentation (I used PowerPoint) based on what the case study was asking you to do and then present your findings to the Capco employee on the call (usually a Principal Consultant). This was supplemented with 45 minutes of questions.
