6 rounds with partners, some while dont seem to have the partner titles on their linkedin introduced themselves as partners.
Interview format is quite sporadic, while they may have a case, it's very unstructured unlike the usual case interviews you would imagine. Some of the interviewers seem to just be looking for specific answers that they want.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group in Sep 2022
Interview
Case studies were on zoom and they pull you into a waiting room with other candidates. It's a bit awkward. Then you have to do fast math and provide a framework over zoom and using annotation - it's a good test for the 'real world' but overall it's just an awkward transition between interviews.
I applied online. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (Singapour) in Jan 2020
Interview
Had bot based interview; the screen froze and couldn't answer to AI bot. obviously kicked out in the screening itself. Felt pained by the luck. I feel there should be 2 attempts - if screening round is successful
