The process had three stages. First was an online application and CV screening. Then came a 30-minute behavioral interview focused on motivation and teamwork. The final round involved two back-to-back case interviews, each led by a different consultant. Interviewers were sharp but friendly, and gave good hints when I got stuck. It felt rigorous but fair, with a clear focus on structured thinking and business intuition.

Question 1
"How would you estimate the market size for electric scooters in a mid-sized European city?"
The interview process is a multiple-stage process for hiring new employees. The stages mainly comprise job interviews held either one-on-one, with a group of candidates, or with a panel. Interviews are conducted in person, over the phone or by email, or via video conferencing tools.
Sorry, I just wanted to read the interviews for now and hence cannot contribute seriously.
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (Kuala Lumpur) in Mar 2024
Interview
5 rounds including CV screening. Second round was a simple digital case interview with a bot. Some case math and subjective answers. Third round or first round of real interviews were with two seperate sessions. I had one with a Project Leader and another with a Partner. 20 mins for behavioural that were quite easy and 30 minutes for case interview. Case section were difficult however, the process with the Project Leader were more structured and formal than with the Partner. They also offered a feedback session after my rejection.
