Interview
The interview process took 3 steps, all in all it lasted 2 weeks, I was recommended to the company by a friend, so I received some quizzes. Then I had the first interview with a man from HR and the second with a native English speaker, who had a lead position in the company.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BlueLink (Prague) in May 2017
Interview
The interview had 2 rounds and even though I was not in Prague, they managed to do both of them via Skype. The first round was with HR and focused rather on the formalities, to get to know the very general things about you, then description of the working position etc. The second one was with Team Leader and way more specific. He would draw you a picture, how the work actually looks like and try to calculate whether or not are you suitable for the position. At the end, you would proceed to the role-play, where he would be a customer.
