B&Q interview questions

A telephone interview with basic customer service related questions; describe a time you’ve delivered good customer service, when have you de escalated a situation, when have you worked well in a team etc then a face to face interview with more personality questions to see if you would be a good fit for the team; name a time when you’ve been proud of yourself, etc

Straightforward. Offered an interview following submitting an application week or so prior. Interview held in person only taking approximately half an hour. Standard chat about previous employment and role experience.
