I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at AstraZeneca (Cambridge, East of England, England) in Jun 2022
Interview
Focused on the skills I acquired over the years and what I could bring to the table for the new role and was a healthy two way discussion where both parties discussed their expectations
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at AstraZeneca in Oct 2020
Interview
The interview process involved a 30 minute HR interview, a 60 minute interview with a team member, and 5 1-hour long interviews with people from a variety of departments.
Throughout the process, my time was considered less valuable than theirs. I was not asked for my available time for scheduling interviews, I was sent times and expected to change my schedule for theirs. There were several changes in the interview times, some of which were very last minute. One interviewer didn't turn up for the scheduled interview.
After the final interview, there was complete silence for weeks. When I inquired about the outcome, I was sent an automated response. After spending more than 6 hours talking to interviewers, candidates deserve more than an email. Treating candidates in this manor is disrespectful.
