The interview process was long and drawn out because there were large chunks of time during which they ghosted me. When they were actually talking to me they made me feel like they were going to make a job offer, then appeared to change their mind right at the end after being dragged along for 2.5mths. They also made me repeat one of the stages as apparently forgot to ask me a question. I feel like I've been jumping through hoops all this time. At the end the feedback was basically that i wasn't the other person (ie the successful candidate) which is really useless as feedback

Interview
Unclear process. Hiring manager reached out, productive phone call. Then HR called, however, HR rep was unfamiliar with the possible package, provided wrong information, was very distraught after a question to clarify the relocation package, and then cut the meeting short. They then proceeded to pass wrong information to Hiring manager, which then required another hour of conversation to correct the misinformation. At the end, HR rep reached out again and said sorry I gave you wrong information, and it turned out the bonus package is 10% less than what they said it would be.
