Interview with the recruiter, then an interview with the supervisor. All were very proffesional and seemed as they were really wanting to hire quality people. 1 week orientation to start, very good information during this week (even gives you a gift). Very basic interview, nothing too hard ot complex. Questions are about yourself and experience in the job selected.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Arthrex in Sep 2015
Interview
I learned of Arthrex through a friend. I met with the recruiter on campus for an interview. It took nearly three weeks to hear back. I received and email asking to set up a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 30 minutes. I was asked questions such as "will you tell me a little about yourself?", "what activities and hobbies do you have?".

Question 1

what activities and hobbies do you have?
What duties did you fulfill at your last place of employment.
Why did you choose supply chain as your major?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Arthrex (Fort Myers, FL) in Jan 2015
Interview
2 telephone interviews and meet with Human Resources and hiring manager. Hiring manager had a list of 20 questions which were answered with total honesty Yet I felt that this persons mind was already made up on the candidate they were going to hire. Seemed rushed. At no time did she make mention of a need to make a minimum quot of data entry orders
