I interviewed in person after a career fair. They asked simple questions about my resume and explained the role to me. Then had a phone interview later on. They seemed very stuck up.
I applied through college or university. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Arthrex (Naples, FL) in Sep 2016
Interview
Begins with a phone interview with HR. Then if you are selected they will set up a phone interview with the specific department you are applying to. After that, it is a long waiting process while they communicate with HR. They tell you a specific time and my phone rang at exactly that time. Often there is a slight delay, so be patient.

Interview
First interview was with HR over the phone. Right away she scheduled a second interview with the design lead before continuing with the interview. Both interviews asked basic questions related to the position. At the end of the second interview I was invited to visit the campus. It took a week to hear back to schedule and then another week to fly in. The day there was spent doing 8 30-minute interviews to get to know all the different members on the team and to present my portfolio.
Overall, each person on the team gives their opinion on whether you should be hired or not.
The company is slow in the hiring process, so be patient. It's a cool company and I wish I had been hired. I have a really good opinion of everyone there and best of luck to whomever applies.
