I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Arm (Bengaluru) in Sep 2017
Interview
I had a telephonic interview first. I had clearly mentioned that I am a SoC verification person and it were an IP and Core verification level positions. They scheduled face to face interview on 2 days for these positions. First day it was with 5 people and 2nd day it was with 2 people.
Though we show interest in changing our domain, they are least bothered. They responded that my skill set is good but they expected IP and core domain skill set. After speaking to 8 people of ARM informing I am an SOC person they give the same reason for rejecting in the interview.
Total waste of our time.
