I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Arm (Cambridge, East of England, England) in Jun 2022
Interview
Never talked to the same person, always over the phone, no news 6 weeks after a first interview, then a continuation for a different position without a word about the change.
The process makes you feel like a commodity rather than an individual and makes you ponder if this is the kind of company you want to work for.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Arm
Interview
Recruitement agency contacted me initially, then 3 rounds of technical interviews. Interviewers were good, but the process took close to 4 months and most of the time I needed to ask for the status. Very long process and they seemed to think they can take a whole year for interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Arm (Bengaluru) in Aug 2020
Interview
Because of COVID-19 all the interview rounds were virtual. HR team was quick in sharing feedback and next steps at each round of interview. They have come up with this new onboarding website that keep track of all ToDo and one can request for information from onboarding team or hiring manager which seems pretty cool. Also, HR and engineering team keep in touch with you every few week. Overall good interview experience.
