It was smooth in general. They asked me to introduce myself, asked to give details about my past experience. Asked about by experience regarding the position. Then I asked my questions about the job. They answered all of my questions very detailed and were very kind There was no HR interview, it was directly interview with product management. Did not hear about how it went. No mail about rejection and about how it went and why rejected etc. Could be good if they replied with some feedback.
I applied online and then I had a Phone screen and 1 to 1 interview. all the forms were very straightforward and easy to fill out and I enjoyed the interview as a whole.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Arm (Bengaluru) in Aug 2020
