Arm Product Manager interview questions

Phone conversation with HR, Video interview, Panel interview with 3 senior managers including line manager for the role. I heard back in 5 weeks after chasing few times. They apologised as people were on holiday each time. Although interview went great and I had already discussed my minimum expected salary, after almost 6 weeks I was told I was over qualified and my salary expectations are outside the salary range for the position.

Digital interview followed, consisting of 8 questions. Unlimited prep time to answer and ability to re-record answer once prior to submission . Second interview with key team member. Relaxed conversational approach.
