The hiring manager gave the phone screening with a basic rundown of my resume to understand my skill set. Then I arranged for an on-site interview with 5 different people. Each person has very different questions depending on LP.

It was a phone call with the Hiring manager for first screening. Afterwards, he said that he would give feedback to the HR and HR informed me that it didn't go forward
