STAR questions with 1 technical portion. There's no reason to be unprepared. There are plenty of online resources that talk about what questions you'll be asked.
Screening followed by an onsite (5 rounds). The process was pretty straight forward and interviewers mainly focus on Amazon leadership principle focused. Very professional attitude. Interview process focuses on Behavioral, Technical and System Design questions.
