Had a phone interview and I think the interview went well however did not get through. 1 hour phone interview on how to plan a project , what are the dependencies. Also was probed on a practical question around how to probe customers for requirements around amazon.com website. Quite a positive interview

If you had to plan for a project for ola cab, what are the dependencies and requirements u would look for ?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Toronto, ON)

Initially, it was a 1 hour phone interview. The onsite interview with five different employees, 45 minutes each. What was interesting was the onsite was in Toronto and the phone interview was conducted by an employee in Toronto but the scheduling was all done for Pacific time.

Methodological, first round is generic, second round on-wards it becomes more specific to the JD. My suggestion is to read the JD, find out which division you are applying for eg Payments or AWS etc, and then match your experience with the demand of the role.
