Hiring manager called me and asked about my previous project experience for one hour. He was gentle and kind. He explained duty and responsibilities. No technical question was questioned.

The process started with an email scheduling a phone screen. After the phone screen a writing exercise was requested via email. After sending it back an on site interview was scheduled. It took a complete day, including lunch with the project manager. In the end they presented me with a technical test on Oracle SQL.
