The interview process was awesome. It was smooth, efficient, and relatively quick. The steps were: Recruiters > Hiring Manager > (5) Interview Loop > Offer. There was a technical competent to the hiring manager interview as well as one of my looped interviews. I highly recommend taking the Leadership Principles very seriously when preparing for an Amazon interview.
The interview process was very professional. Total 5 interviews and all interviewers asked me around same questions. Dint know what they actually looking for.
But overall it was ok. Thought I dint get the offer I would like to try again and I’m sure next time I’ll crack fr sure
