Application and interview process was very straightforward and structured. The website was ironically the worst part of the process as there were a couple technical issues with uploading/submitting. I didn't get an email for a final round interview at the same time as some classmates and assumed I was getting rejected until I got an email asking if I had received the first offer. I secured the interview via on campus recruiting. The first round had two 30 minute interviews via computer. That night I was selected for a 2nd round of interview to be conducted the next day. The 2nd round was two 45 minute interviews, also via computer. All four interviews were mostly behavioral. Amazon is very fast in the interview process. My interviews were on a Thursday / Friday, and on the next Thursday they let me know that I was not selected.
