This is not your typical interview, you must come prepared. Google search Amazon Principles and prepare a minimum of 3 STAR scenarios related to each. You will interview with a minimum of 5 people and it can become intense if not prepared.

Rigorous interview that consisted of a 45-minute phone screen followed by 3 45-minute interviews with team members before a final decision/offer. Interviews leaned heavily into behavioral questions and consistently probed for more follow-ups, examples, and responses to answers. Essentially 2 hours of interview questions getting asked what the situation was for a problem at work, the task at hand, what you did, and its impact.
