AlphaSights Entry-Level Analyst interview questions

The hiring process is unique. There is no cover letter. Rather, you write a 200 word essay on how you already embody on elf their core values. My suggestion is to be bold. Chose something that is uniquely you, and makes you stand out. Next step is a video assessment that is very uncomfortable, but I can see the benefit to AlphaSights. They really just want to see your personality. It's very similar to what other reviews have said. The questions are all accurate. Honestly, I think I over prepared. It is better to just be yourself and take the questions as they come. If you make a mistake, don't worry, regather in between questions and show your poise. The next step is a google hangout, which I am awaiting. Good luck!
