I went through 2 rounds of interviews before deciding myself not to move on after the second. The first one was a standard behavioral one, recorded before a screen (might've changed due to the pandemic). The second one consisted of two parts: the first a role play, where I was assigned a case and asked to look for industry experts to answer a question for a made-up client, the second a standard behavioral interview.

Question 1
Can you find three industry experts in X industry?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (New York, NY) in Feb 2015
Interview
Three parts - interview with a recruiter, AlphaSights Video Assessment, and then interview with two employees.
I found the interview with the employees to be incredibly unsettling as it was over skype and they were slouched back in beanbags. They did not seem to be taking the interview seriously and were quite standoffish, making an awkward online interview even more awkward.

Question 1
If someone asked you to reach out to the CEO of a company for collaboration, how would you go about this?
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at AlphaSights (New York, NY)
Interview
I was interviewed via a webcam sevice online, was asked 4 questions with 60 seconds to respond to each one. I found Alphasights through Glassdoor after researching the Coleman Research Group on my university's career search tool.
