Interview
I received an email to complete some sort of aptitude test and video interview within 48 hours. The test was really easy. Video interview was somewhat tough because you have limited time to answer each question.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
When did you get your first pay check and how did you use it?

Interview
Applied through college recruiting. Had to do a whole bunch of testing and then the video interview. Pretty much all the questions they ask are listed on glassdoor, so just go through them and make sure you have an answer for each one. I thought it went pretty terribly for me since I got cut off on half the questions I was answering, but I think they're just trying to see how much of a "real" person you are. Got invited to a google hangout though. After logging on for my google hangout, I waited there for 10 minutes with no call from anyone. I finally checked my email and saw that my interviewer had apparently tried to call me. I frantically called her back. The interview was so annoying. This woman spoke SO fast, and I was kind of stressed after having missed her call so what should have been a 30-40 minute conversation turned out to be about 15 minutes. It was totally scripted and she wasn't at all involved in the conversation, she just spit out questions and I answered them. It was pretty terrible. I think they interview a lot of people so maybe she just tries to get through the interviews as fast as possible, but it was not a good experience for me as an interviewee. Needless to say, I wasn't asked to move forward for another interview.

Interview
Round 1. video simply behavioral questions, guess there is no need to over-prepare for this one. just be confident and watch out for the time limit
Round 2 HR interview. lasted for an hour, very pleasant conversation about previous experience and motivation for applying this firm. I'd suggest think about your stories and present the answers in a logical and engaging way.... engaging dont be so dull
Round 3. I was given a case study a few days prior to the interview. its important to deeply understand how the run their business in order to complete the case.
After the case, there was a senior associate grilled every aspect of me to see if i am motivated enough i guess. I dont really think preparing for the questions per sa makes lots of sense. what they asked is really spontaneous and related to your mindset. Prepare your stories is more important I think.
total lasted for 2 hours.
