At first, there was an Offline assessment test conducted at the college followed by a verbal speaking and listening skills test on HirePro which was online and then an online interview out of which 24 were selected.

Virtual Panel Interview - members of different legal services teams were present, and asked questions relating to my understanding of the organization, my educational experience so far, career goals, and knowledge of the law. This was a position for diverse applicants, so a strong understanding of the importance of DE&I was also needed.
