You have to wait for almost hours due to mass hiring. Once you passed the assessment you will proceed to initial interview and must speak full English. I didn't not pass since it was my first time to apply in a BPO industry and I don't have experience as csr. Better luck next time.

Questions were unusual for a first interview (15 minutes max) - Recruiter was going really fast and was not really able to answer one of my questions at the end

The interview process was very well organised. It was a walk in interview. After two rounds of interview, SVAR test was conducted through our smartphones. The interview process was taken at the company as I've mentioned earlier and then SVAR test link was provided after some days after the interview.
