Interview
The interview was a phone interview. The questions were just basic confirmation of details. Unfortunately, they only prefer those with BPO experience already and has obvious reservations with those who do not have but have extensive experience on other fields.
It was smooth, and I was able to finish all of the interviews in a day. It was through a phone call, but everything was dealt with professionally. You'll go through stages of interviews, but they will guide you and you just have to wait patiently.
