I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Sydney) in Mar 2021
Interview
Whew! This was a lengthy one. I was short listed after having to do a video interview, then there was a group interview, a one on one interview, a medical test, background check and needing to get your RSA. What I did appreciate is the transparency of the job and work ethic. They dont fluff you around which shows integrity. I've had employers in the past glamorize the job role and BS me in the past, but not Aldi. Even though it was lengthy process in the end I understood why. They are very picky who they hire and for good reason, they simply have high standards and strive to keep Aldi at it's best.
I filled out an online application and was called a few days after to schedule an interview. Due to COVID, I was only required to interview with the current store manager. I attended my interview and began working the following week.
