ALDI Retail Assistant interview questions

1st a group interview, then individual interview. Group interview had 3 other people, was mostly us being given info about the store. Offered individual interview very shortly after, within the same day. very fast process.

Interview 1 - a quick 10 min whatsapp video call Interview 2 - about a 30 min one-on-one instore interview with a hiring manager with more comprehensive questions and did a physical test They are looking for someone who will stay in the company for a couple of years, hopefully working up to management roles.
