Interview 1 - a quick 10 min whatsapp video call
Interview 2 - about a 30 min one-on-one instore interview with a hiring manager with more comprehensive questions and did a physical test
They are looking for someone who will stay in the company for a couple of years, hopefully working up to management roles.

It was short and sweet, they sent me a email to book a time to have a phone call with them and a week later I had my interview. I just answered some questions they asked me and said I would get a email reply if I went to the next stage

-if I was working there what task would the job require
-why I want to work there
Was overly complicated and too many stages, online test x2 and a recorded interview. Application itself is very tedious and is not very friendly to new users. Apparently you need to know someone already in ALDI to work at there stores.

Call interview. Got an email to schedule a time for a call interview and passed it.
Still need to do a Store interview (which I was told would be the final interview).
