I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ALDI in Jan 2010
Interview
Pretty basic interview. First was called by divisional office to set up a meeting with a district manager in my area. Met with her, told me all about the job and then was called into divisional office to interview with VP of operations and the head of the division. Pretty laid back, they kept encouraging that this job is certainly not for everyone and requires a certain type of person.
