I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ALDI (Frederick, MD) in Oct 2011
Interview
Initially for the first round interview I had a phone interview which was pretty simple and straightforward. There weren't any behavioral questions asked that I can remember. For second round I was put with a group of students from my school and we were given a tour of their warehouse. We also had to take a math and english test as well as answer a few short answers. After lunch we had two one-on-one interviews with different managers. The interviews were mainly behavioral based and asked why I wanted to work there.
We were also given a tour of a local Aldi store. To stand out make sure you ask questions and are very enthusiastic!
