Bureaucratic, arbitrary and drawn out. Looking for people they can manipulate. Old timey managers that have been left in the dust of progressive business. Seems like they would have scripts and cold lead expectations from newbs. Would not recommend.

First interview was on the phone, then followed by a one on one interview, the final and third interview was four separate interviews each 30 minutes long. Everyone was pleasant.

Four different interviews, get to know, personal, role play. The interviewer was very professional, gave you conform and was very kind. She asked lots of questions. About your former employer etc.
