ADP Relationship Manager interview questions

Spotty interview process. I received an e-mail from a Recruiter asking to schedule a 30 minute interview. After our 30 minute conversation, she set me up with a phone call with the Hiring Manager that evening - great sign. After the call with the Hiring Manager, I received another e-mail from the Recruiter asking for a Face to Face interview on a Monday. I was told I'd hear back on that Friday. It's been 1.5 weeks since the Friday I was told I'd hear back, and have not heard back from the Recruiter. Two days ago I received an automated message asking me to fill out an application that I had filled out prior to my face to face interview so that I could schedule a face to face interview (which I already had). Yesterday I received an automated e-mail asking me to rate the recruiting process. And today I received an automated message stating I needed to log in and complete additional items. Yet when I log in it states my application is complete. Confusing system just proving that automated recruiting systems put a bad taste in candidates mouths.
