Thorough and detailed phone screen then interview with regional hiring manager. Expected to meet with VP but turned out it was a more junior district manager who conducted the interview. Very pleasant, professional, conversational introduction to a competitive and driven group. Said there were many candidates for this highly sought-after role. Made a positive impression on me.
