I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ADP
Interview
I was reached out to on LinkedIn by a recruiter. She scheduled a phone interview with me and it went well. I then was asked to come in to meet with the VP of SBS of the region. He was a gentleman, and very clear on what he expects and what he is looking for. Basic interview questions. I did my research prior and felt very ready for this interview, he even said I nailed it. He said I would hear back something the following day at 2pm from the recruiter, but it's been 5 days and I haven't heard anything just yet. I asked many questions to be sure I understood the role and cleared any hesitations with the VP.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ADP (San Bernardino, CA) in Aug 2014
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter for the position and did well with the preliminary screening interview. A phone interview was set up the following week; I was asked the typical questions: why do you want to get into sales, etc. A face-to-face interview was set up a week and a half later with the VP of Sales. The interview was pretty laid back, but I was only asked questions of why I am leaving my current job and why don't I want to move up in the industry that I am currently in.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Denver, CO) in Mar 2014
Interview
Initial phone interview, then set me up with VP of sales. This is when things went south. He was more worried about how much money I've made. Keep in mind I'm a recent college graduate. Didn't ask normal interview questions. Just questions regarding how much I've made.
