I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ADP (California, MO) in Jan 2022

Interview

There were 3 interviews I believe. The first one is an informational interview. The second is one was with an HR Manger, The third interview was with Regional Director. They asked alot of questions about being fast paced and multi tasking. Of course there is a test as well as a thorough background check.

3 behavioral questions, Give me an example of how I handle stress?, Give me an example of a difficult project I was involved with? Question referring to working on a team

I interviewed at ADP (Texarkana, TX)

Interview

1st is via remote, basic questions, professionally handled, more of a qualifier. If you pass, 2nd step is interview with a hiring manager. Interview with hiring manager is more detailed, prep by watching behavioral interviews on Youtube.

Fill out an online application, complete a skills test, and a phone interview. The process was fast, the application was short, the interview was simple but complete. The interviewer was skilled and well-trained.
