Questions were framed to evaluate candidates based on their ability to succeed in demanding sales environment. Ride-along day was very enjoyable, and final interview in Chicago was a role-play with VP of Sales in a challenging sales situation. Overall, everyone was very kind and aggressiveness seemed to be the key component to successfully execute the role-play.

Long. First step is a phone conversation with the recruiter. Then from there you have about 2-3 more FaceTime interviews with upper management. Last step you come in for an in person interview which also includes a role and play aspect.
