I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Norfolk, VA) in Dec 2019
Interview
Overall the interview process was quite smooth. I applied online, and an HR rep called me after in a couple of weeks. The phone interview was very simple. She asked questions about my resume and she wanted to see if I was a good fit for the position that I applied for. A couple of weeks later I had a in-person interview with the manager. A couple of days after I had interview with the VP. After both interviews went well, then I was officially offered the job.
