I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADP in Aug 2016
Interview
Received a call from a recruiter a couple days after applying online via indeed and my first interview went super well. Very helpful, professional, HR department. My recruiter even called the day of my interview to give me additional advice and preparation tips. However, my in person interview was the complete opposite. The guy interviewing was very uninvolved, asked me a lot about my high school experience and hometown which seemed super irrelevant. The only question that was slightly work related was him asking me how much money I wanted to make. When it was my turn to ask questions, he kind of half answered and did not give the same company description as the initial interviewer. The interview ended on a mutual uncomfortable note and I did not go futher in the process.
Thanks for the interview review. We apologize you experience was not up to the standards we hold ourselves to. If you wish to provide more information, please contact us at adp_talent_community @ adp.com
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ADP
Interview
Submitted an online application, this was followed up with a phone interview. After I passed the phone interview I was asked to come in for an in-person interview. The gentleman I interviewed with in the office was extremely rude and dismissive.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ADP
Interview
To start the interview process I had a phone call with one of their employees. After she talked with me and believed I was a good candidate for the position I set up a face-to-face meeting where I answered generic interview questions. Following this there was a third and final interview that included a 'mock sales pitch' for the company and additional conversation.
I had one phone interview and one in person with senior sales manager and he just asked me basic questions about my resume. He asked what my long term goals were etc.
