First phone interview with HR, then interview with hiring manager it was the usual process for most job applications nothing too different. I like the interview process everyone was very nice and helpful. I wish there were more HR people because they take a long time to respond which can be annoying but that really is my only complaint

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Newtown, PA) in Mar 2013
Interview
Fairly straightforward through Rutgers University, I talked with HR and did some behavioral questions and then the current manager and an analyst I'd be working with called and went through some typical behavioral questions as well. Then I was called back again by the manager for some basic basic technical questions like what is html? How do I rate my skill set? Etc. Then I was given the job offer after a few days.
